3pattl Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below. They apply across all interactions with the 3pattl platform, including the website, mobile browser interface and any associated services.

• "3pattl" or "the Platform" — the online gaming service available at 3pattl.net and any sub-domains associated with it.
• "Player" or "You" — any registered individual who holds a verified 3pattl account.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a player upon successful registration and identity verification at 3pattl.
• "Balance" — the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses and winnings held in a player's 3pattl account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" — the portion of a player's balance that consists of deposited PKR funds and processed winnings, excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by 3pattl under specific terms, which must meet stated wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet in eligible games before it converts to withdrawable funds.
• "VIP Club" — the loyalty programme at 3pattl offering four tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) with associated cashback, account management and privilege benefits.
• "Prohibited Activities" — actions defined in Section 6 that constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

To register and maintain an active account at 3pattl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3pattl operates a strict minimum age policy and requires age verification documents as part of the account verification process.
• You must be registering for personal use only — not on behalf of any other individual, organisation or entity.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details.
• You must not already hold an existing 3pattl account. Multiple account registrations from the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3pattl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances held within them.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of 3pattl, or an immediate family member of such a person.

By clicking "Register" or any equivalent confirmation during the sign-up process, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out on this page.

Your 3pattl account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

You are required to keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. 3pattl will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 3pattl support immediately via live chat so that we can take protective action.

• Account names, email addresses and mobile numbers can only be changed by contacting support with supporting documentation.
• Only one verified payment method per type (e.g. one Easypaisa number, one JazzCash number) may be registered to an account at any time.
• Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction of Rs 500 from any remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any deduction takes effect.
• You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out in PKR following standard withdrawal processing, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

3pattl accounts are personal — Islamabad players keeping their credentials safe

All deposits and withdrawals at 3pattl are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance at any point.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit at 3pattl is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification under our anti-money laundering procedures.
• Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your 3pattl balance within minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to a few hours depending on banking system processing times.
• 3pattl does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered to your verified 3pattl account.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Where a direct return is not possible, you will be asked to provide an alternative verified method.
• Only your Real Money Balance (deposited funds and settled winnings net of active bonus wagering) is available for withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until their associated wagering requirements are fully completed.
• 3pattl reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering obligation and applies to all players regardless of VIP tier.

3pattl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified 3pattl account in good standing at the time the bonus is credited.
• Each promotional offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before it and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements at 3pattl are stated clearly and are not retroactively changed after a bonus is credited.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino and slots typically contribute 100%. Certain table games or game variants may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — this is stated in the specific offer terms.
• 3pattl reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus credit if there is evidence that the player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — systematically low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player and are available only on a first deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus even if a previous account was closed.

3pattl bonuses and promotions for players across Pakistan — terms apply

3pattl uses certified random number generators (RNG) and Provably Fair algorithms to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and uninfluenced by the platform after a bet has been placed. Players can independently verify results in supported games using the seed verification tools provided in the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3pattl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping: Intentionally losing to another player in order to transfer value between accounts.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated tool, script or program to place bets or make gaming decisions on your behalf.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, disputed or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your 3pattl account.
• Abuse of system errors: If a technical malfunction causes incorrect odds, game states or balance credits, players are required to notify support immediately. Knowingly exploiting a technical error to generate winnings will result in reversal of those winnings and possible account suspension.
• Multiple account bonus abuse: Registering additional accounts to claim bonuses or promotions that have already been received on another account.

3pattl's integrity team monitors all platform activity using automated detection systems. Detected violations are reviewed manually before any account action is taken. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may raise a dispute via the support channel.

The 3pattl VIP Club is a loyalty programme available automatically to all registered players. Membership begins at Silver tier and progresses through Gold, Platinum and Diamond as loyalty points accumulate. The following terms apply to the VIP Club programme.

• Loyalty points are earned on all real-money bets placed at 3pattl. The points earning rate per Rs 100 wagered varies by game category and is displayed in the VIP Club section of the platform.
• Tier upgrades are automatic and take effect as soon as the relevant points threshold is crossed. Players are notified via in-account message when a tier upgrade occurs.
• Tier status is reviewed quarterly. A player whose points total in the review quarter falls below the threshold for their current tier may be moved down one tier at the start of the following quarter. Players receive advance notification before any downgrade takes effect.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday to Sunday of each week and credited to your 3pattl account every Monday. VIP cashback is credited as Real Money (not Bonus Funds) and carries no wagering requirement.
• 3pattl reserves the right to modify VIP Club tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits with 30 days' advance notice to affected players.
• VIP status does not exempt a player from any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the fair play and account management rules set out in Sections 3 and 6.

3pattl is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining and safe. Gaming is intended as a form of leisure — not as a source of income or a way to recover from financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3pattl players at no cost and with no restriction based on account tier:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Loss Limits: Once your pre-set session loss limit is reached, 3pattl stops accepting bets from your account for the remainder of that session, regardless of whether you request an extension.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days with a single click. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 3pattl account with no possibility of reinstatement. Once activated, self-exclusion is irrevocable. Any real money balance is paid out following identity verification.

3pattl does not accept bets from players who are under a self-exclusion order, during a cool-off period or whose accounts have been flagged by our responsible gaming monitoring system for potential harm indicators.

All content published on the 3pattl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 3pattl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3pattl platform for personal gaming purposes only.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or publicly displaying any part of the 3pattl platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Players may not use the 3pattl brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without explicit written authorisation from 3pattl management.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any 3pattl software is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

3pattl provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and smooth performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or delays at all times.

• 3pattl is not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, network interruptions or third-party payment processing delays that are outside our direct control.
• In the event that a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous balance credit, 3pattl reserves the right to reverse the affected transactions and restore the correct account state once the error is identified.
• 3pattl is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from a player sharing their login credentials, using an unsecured device or network, or failing to follow reasonable account security practices.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 3pattl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

3pattl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory risk or other grounds set out below.

• Accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice when there is an active fraud or money laundering investigation, or when a player disputes a deposit through their payment provider (chargeback).
• Accounts suspended pending investigation retain their balance, which will be released or forfeited depending on the outcome of the review.
• Where an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, 3pattl may forfeit bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Deposited real money balances will be returned to the player following verification, unless the closure is related to fraudulent deposits or identity fraud.
• Players whose accounts have been closed for a terms violation may not re-register at 3pattl. Attempts to circumvent a closure by registering new accounts will result in the new accounts being closed and any balances within them being forfeited.

3pattl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and account use is used for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and the provision of the platform service.
• 3pattl does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where required.
• Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by 3pattl and to request correction of inaccurate information. These requests can be made via the support channel.

3pattl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via email and/or in-account notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continuing to use your 3pattl account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may request account closure before the effective date and receive a payout of your real money balance.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications to existing provisions that do not materially change the substance of the terms — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change of any kind.
